3. The ultrasonic extraction method mainly investigates the effects of solid-liquid ratio, soaking time, ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, and ultrasonic temperature on the extraction rate.
4. The method of separating and purifying Salidroside with macroporous adsorption resin was studied. Through the study of the physical properties of the resin and the adsorption and desorption capacity of Salidroside, the strong polar DA-201 was selected to purify Salidroside. Furthermore, the dosage of DA-201, the flow rate during adsorption, the concentration of desorption agent, the dosage of desorption agent, and the optimal flow rate during desorption were determined. The results showed that the optimal process conditions were as follows: the amount of adsorbent was 5 mg Salidroside/g dry resin, and the adsorption flow rate was 1 BV/h; Select an ethanol solution with a mass fraction of 10% as the desorption agent, and the desorption flow rate is 2 BV/h, The amount of desorption agent is 16mL/g of dry resin. Under the above process conditions, the purity of Salidroside obtained is 99%.
