The roots and rhizomes of Rhodiola rosea are crushed into coarse powder, and then extracted with 70% ethanol. The extract is separated, and ethanol is recovered under reduced pressure. The obtained concentrate is stirred evenly with equal amount of water, left standing, filtered, and repeatedly treated for three times. The filtrate is concentrated under reduced pressure, and then extracted with Petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate, and n-butanol in turn. The ethyl acetate and n-butanol parts are respectively recycled to obtain the soluble Chemicalbook agent, and the crude tyrosol and Salidroside products are obtained.
